Have tomatoes that you don't know what to do with? Come join us to learn how to use them! Join Lexington County 4-H and Lexington County Food Safety Agent Sam Houston for a canning workshop on August 26th at 5 PM. Sam will be leading a workshop teaching youth how to make and safetly can their own salsa. This workshop is limited to 10 youth, so be sure to reserve your space soon! Youth will need to bring some tomatoes, either from your garden or the store. All other supplies will be provided.
