Come join me for a 30 minute yin class followed by a 30 minute sound healing at Pure Juice N’Joy Juice Bar. Come join me for a 30 minute yin class followed by a 30 minute sound healing at Pure Juice N’Joy Juice Bar. If you have not practiced or taken a yin class before, yin yoga is spent either in seated postures or laying down on your back. You will spend 3-5 minutes in each posture really focusing on those deep tissue stretches, the facia of your muscle; what connects tendon to bone, where your flexibility comes from. After our 30 minute yin class, you will get to experience a 30 minute sound healing. I’ll use my gong, singing bowls, crystal harp and other instruments to bring you a south bath as you lay in savasana. This will be a very relaxing class. Total class length will be 1hr. Pure Juice N’Joy will be provinding a free 16oz Juice after class for each participant. There will be 3 flavors to choose from. Please try and let us know in advance which you would like if you are wanting a certain flavor. Choices are; Green Glow, Red Beet, Orange Pineapple.
