Benson Bright Preservation is hiring individuals to do yard maintenance at 26 vacant homes throughout southwestern Missouri (to see a map of the properties, click this link: ). Properties are maintained twice a month, and each maintenance visit pays a minimum of $40. Duties include lawn mowing, weed whacking, and lawn edging. Additional money is paid for shrub & tree trimming and leaf & debris removal. Equipment needed is a lawnmower, weedeater, and blower or broom. You must have a smartphone to take before, during, and after photos of all work performed using a provided app. Compensation example: - 7 maintenance visits per day = $280+ per day - 2 days per week = $560+ per week - 4 weeks per month = $2,240+ per month Payment for work performed is sent every other Friday by direct deposit via Zelle or Venmo.
