Description
The night manager would be responsible for property activities when the office is closed for business. This is a part time position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform nightly floor walks throughout the building and garage
Respond to all resident lockouts
Respond to after-hours calls from our Call Center and Facilities team
Address issues and contact emergency vendors as necessary
Enforce apartment rules and regulations
Respond to noise complaints and report them to the Property Manager
Maintain a daily log of all activities that should be turned into Property Manager weekly
Walk parking garages nightly to ensure all parkers are authorized, tow when necessary
Report all lights that are out daily
Check all common area doors and gates to make sure they are working properly and report any defects to the Property Manager
Report unauthorized pets to the Property Manager
Light cleaning in common areas
Attend scheduled Night Manager meetings
Attend mandatory classes as required by Property Manager
Other duties assigned by Property Manager
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent customer service skills, verbal and written communication
Must have the scheduling flexibility to effectively be on-call during all non-business hours
Basic computer skills, Word, Excel and email
Property management and fair housing knowledge is a plus
This role will require living on-site at a discounted rate.
