We’re looking for a strong experienced person with a positive attitude, athletic, good work ethic, clean, polite and drug-dependency free. Ideal age is 25-40. The work we do is varied and extremely physical. You need experience, good spatial sense, balance and coordination. Be able to work well with a crew and be punctual on work days. The jobs are PT, somewhat sporadic, spontaneous at times. The hours can range from 3 - 12 hours per day wide range! Once you've committed to a job day you have to be there from start to finish. Sometimes jobs go longer than usual and we all have to hang in there until it's done. This is very much a team effort. Calling in as unavailable at the "last minute" is not ok as you risk the safety of the whole crew if you're a last minute quit/ no show. Speaking English has to be fluid and accurate as you will be communicating directly with our clients. You need access to cell phone/texting ability to stay up with new incoming jobs. Responding back to incoming job dates (has to happen within 15-30 minutes) of receiving notice! We dress casually but neat, sometimes uniform shirts provided. That's it for personal gear. Getting to and from our office/yard in the morning (SAUSALITO) & evening requires some form of efficient personal transportation, (no busses or Uber). Our gig is time sensitive. The work we do can be fun, interesting and rewarding. If you're the type who likes PT jobs, freelance this is for you! You can mostly pick the jobs you want to be on.
