Maintenance Technician We are looking for an apartment maintenance technician. Qualifications: - Preferred experience in residential property management, hotel maintenance, or construction - May be required to provide and maintain own tools - Must be able to drive - Pass a full background check and drug test Duties and Responsibilities: - Complete maintenance requests within 24 hours - Turnovers of vacant units as needed. trash out, painting, cleaning, repairs - Serve as on-call maintenance providing evening, weekends and holiday emergencies - Properly secure all parts, inventory and property equipment owned by the apartment community - Must be able to do maintenance, wall repairs, cabinet, counter tops, doors, painting, plumbing repairs and installations (leaks, toilets, faucets, sinks, garbage disposal, etc.), changing light fixtures, outlets, switches, -preferred experience installing vinyl flooring - Comply with all policies and procedures - Perform other duties as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor and/ or Community Manager Hourly rate DOE
