GlobX Logistics, a San Jose parcel-logistics company, that operates as a Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) is hiring motivated and hardworking Drive Associates (DAs). DAs deliver packages to our valued customers around the South Bay. Join us to be part of the GlobX family! GlobX Hiring Process: • Start Rate: $19.50-$22/hr. (based on experience) • Full- and part-time availabilities (Weekend Schedules) • One-round interviews so bring your A-game • Background check • Drug screening • 2 days paid of paid training • Start Working (can start driving in as little as 1-2 weeks from application date) *Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid CA drivers license and a clean-driving record. Also must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and walk 3-5 miles in a day. Day in the Life -- Typical Day: • Arrive at the station by 9:50 AM (Get ready to rock & roll every day) • Load up your company van with packages and leave the station. • Use a company phone: Navigate stops, scan packages, deliver to customer’s preferred location, take photos and repeat. • Receive team and 1:1 assistance from GlobX operations team anytime during the day to help with issues and answer questions while on the road. • Deliver in San Jose, Morgan Hill and Gilroy -- experience lots of different scenery as you deliver smiles to customers' faces! :) • Return to the Station (RTS) at the end of a rewarding day, where you will check-out with Amazon and debrief with GlobX Management.
