Located in the City of Wauwatosa, we self-manage 130 plus properties and continually buy, rehab and sell over 30 properties a year. Job Details Full time (overtime available) Company vehicle will be provided during work hours Benefits available Paid vacation Paid Holidays effective immediately Long-term positions available 401K Benefits Job Duties Include but Not Limited To Light electrical repairs on items such as light fixtures, switches and outlets Light plumbing work, such as setting toilet and replacing fittings Clean out of units Light carpentry, such as replacing/hanging doors, blinds, repairing cabinets Assembling houses after paint Demolition Light painting Material delivery Remodeling Tree trimming, pruning, mulching, planting and lawn maintenance Snow removal All other tasks as assigned Preferred Skills Attention to detail Self-starter Eager to follow directions Team member attitude Requirements Candidates must have reliable transportation to/from work Valid driver's license required Insurable driving record required Job Type: Full-time Various job locations
