Join us for a GLOBAL FREEDOM HIKE on Saturday, June 19th in Gary, Indiana! The starting point for this hike will be Paul H Douglas Trail. This hike is taking place at Miller Woods located in Indiana Dunes National Park. The starting point for this hike will be Paul H Douglas Trail near the Paul H. Douglas Center for Environmental Education. YOUR HIKE LEADER WILL BE: Bisa This event is an expansion of the 1st annual Freedom Hike which took place in Los Angeles in 2020 where hundreds of individuals showed up to support Juneteenth, our ancestors, and our community. For the 2nd annual Freedom Hike, we are going global and showing our support through solidarity with community hikes taking place in various cities across the globe!
