Volunteers needed to help run Habitat for Humanity Williamson-Maury's booth at the 2021 Experience Spring Hill The Event! Join us for the 2021 Spring Hill The Event! We will be running a booth onsite to represent Habitat for Humanity Williamson-Maury, speak to individuals about our program and help raise awareness for our organization and benefitting families. We are in need of some volunteers to help set up our booth and run it! A staff member will be present the entire day to train volunteers and help answer questions. Shifts are each two hours long with booth breakdown from 2pm-3pm. The following are some expectations for the volunteer opportunity: Responsibilities • Set up the information booth with collateral, supplies, equipment and visual materials • Work at the information booth giving out information and answering questions • Be a cheerful ambassador for Habitat for Humanity Williamson-Maury to event participants, volunteers, and staff Qualifications • Friendly and helpful leader • Ability to communicate assertively and positively with the public • Friendly, patient and energetic personality • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
