Action Chiropractic is looking for a full-time maintenance technician in Port Orchard, WA. Position Summary: General maintenance between multiple buildings and properties. 40 Hours a week, $16 to start, with a 401K and other benefits. Qualifications: • Organize tasks and demonstrate follow-up and follow-through skills • Show an attention to detail and a desire to be a self-starter • Physical Demands - The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. • High School Diploma or equivalent required. • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
