Window & Door Installation Tech – Apprentice The owner of Lake Washington Windows and Doors is in search of an excellent long-term colleague to add to our family. Specifically, we need an excellent Apprentice Installation Technician for our crews, who takes pride in her/his work and enjoys putting a smile on our customer’s face. We prefer a candidate with an eagerness to learn, coachable, hustles, mechanically inclined, wants to learn the trades, and who fits our company values based on respecting all individuals, continuous improvement, and a commitment to customer care! The apprentice will showcase his/her eagerness on a 2 to 3-person crew replacing windows and doors on residential homes. The work includes providing excellent customer service, setting up home protection, maintaining jobsite cleanliness, learning to utilize tools to carefully replace windows and doors, providing support to the lead technician, and cleaning windows and doors. The apprentice should be a great team player, trust-worthy, reliable, and willing to learn and improve every day. Please do not apply if you do not fit the above description. Requirements: Valid driver’s license with good driving record, able to work comfortably off ground, able to work overtime when needed, clean and neat appearance.
