Two years ago when I moved, I had someone babysit my bearded dragon for me so we could get moved and make sure he was still safe. I had this dragon for three years. My daughter grew up with him as well as one of my dogs. And he free roamed the majority of the day when I was home. He went everywhere with me and he was a huge part of my life. And then.. the person who was watching him stole him. They changed there number and never contacted again. My dragon, my daughters best friend was gone just like that. It's take me a long time to get to a place where I could bring home another dragon. I have 13 years of experience with them and love them so much but losing Fire, killed me. I decided a month or so ago that I was finally ready. In the last week I have contacted two seperate people days apart, who had dragons available. Both arranged a time to meet up and then ghosted. I have gotten my hopes up and been crushed again and again and I am afraid to even continue trying. I figured I would reach out here for help... in case maybe someone has a Beardie needing a loving home.
