55+ Independent Living complex seeking full time Maintenance Tech 3 with supervisory and leadership skills. Applicant must be knowledgeable in all aspects of facilities management and able to perform duties including general maintenance and repair, light plumbing, electrical, repairs, painting, carpentry, etc. Must work well with fellow team members, residents, guests, and contractors. Position also includes administrative responsibilities and management of a 2 person staff. Maintenance, administrative, and computer skills are essential to this position.
