Specific qualities of the perfect candidate include: · Must be a self-starter · Strong Communication Skills · Extremely organized · Possess a passion for providing top-notch hospitality to guests · Integrity to make the right decisions · Proven problem-solving and relationship building skills · Ability to manage multiple projects at once · Ability to successfully train and coach a team · Ability to identify inconsistencies across restaurants · Ability to inspire others and encourage them to follow their lead Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree - Required Prior Leadership/Management Experience – Required (i.e., experience could include non-business experience such as leading a sports team) Prior Restaurant Experience - Preferred but not required Prior Chick-fil-A Work Experience - Very helpful but not required Familiarity with MS Office and various business software programs Job Description The primary objective for this position is for the individual to work side-by-side with the Owner/Operator in an effort to grow the business and provide leadership to the team. The Operations Director will be expected to lead operations of the business autonomously, and to work in a trusting and collaborative manner with the other Directors and all other members of the team. Specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to: · Identifying problems in the day-to-day operations and providing creative solutions · Managing day-to-day operations while also working toward long-term business goals · Identifying profits and losses and operating within the parameters of budgets · Maintaining company culture and staff morale · Keeping Operations as streamlined as possible · Understanding key revenue drivers and identifying room for improvement · Making decisions on how to operate the business from both a guest and financial standpoint · Managing the budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis of the business · Tracking and charting sales labor and productivity of each day, in order to consistently improve operations Please submit resume and cover letter to: [email protected].
