 Come join our team! Value Dry Waterproofing is looking for a Full-time Service Technician with a leading basement waterproofing company. Best fit for Team Player: Manage crews on job sites throughout DC, MD, VA & Southern DE Job starts and finishes in Odenton, MD. Must have a Valid driving license and reliable transportation. Reports to Operations manager and Service manager. • Jackhammer in concrete and some heavy lifting. • Concrete finishing by trowel skills a plus. • Ensuring crew's on-site safety. • Maintain organized clean trucks and job site. • Complete job site paperwork with excellence. • Communicate with customers by phone and on-site. • Collect final payments and 5star reviews. • Pay close attention to detail. Workdays starts at 6 AM. – 6:00 PM (On-call one week per month for service calls including weekends). Company cell phone will be provided. Salary starts at 45K - 50K depending on experience and potential earnings with commission can be 60-75K. • Vacation includes 15 days plus six paid government holidays. • Health Benefits are available after 90 days. • Company service truck to use from Main office. • Health Benefits after 90 days. • Paid time off. • 401K. • Paid Weekly
