Hello Ventura county I am learning how to Tint Car Windows but am having a difficult time. Due to Wind Factors I just need to Practice inside a Garage. I can pay Rent for a Few Hours until I get down to where i can feel Confident. I am 34 Very Respectful with no Habits of any sort. No drinking or Drama. I live in Santa Paula but am willing to Drive. If you have a Garage with enough space to fit a car I am interested. not sure what Rent will be but I am willing to work something out. thank you -Frank
