We have recently purchased a 1847 house in Bath. There are a number of project (e.g., internal and external touch-up repairs and painting, build fencing in the back yard, plumbing (replacing faucets, etc), landscaping, pulling up old carpet, landscaping (new planting, regrading away from the property).
Looking for someone with skills to address some or all of these projects. Could be full time for 2-3 months for someone with multiple skills or contracted project by project.
