Triplett Contracting LLC manages many residential renovation projects on single and multi-family homes as well as retail and commercial facility maintenance nationally. We are seeking a skilled trade person that is well rounded in the construction field. Performs major and minor interior and exterior repairs including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, flooring and general handyman. You will be paid hourly wages for work performed and we offer travel reimbursement for mileage and lodging if you are traveling far to projects. Traveling is a MUST as we take projects in a 25-100+ mile radius of your area. All pay will be on the 1st and 15th of every month for work performed. We also offer bonus programs for fantastic performance. Positions are started out on a contract basis for the first 60 days, after this period you are eligible for full time employment. For full time employees, we offer health benefits and IRA package with employer matching! We also offer very flexible schedules. You must be providing your own tools and be able to work in a team and solo environment. We do accept referrals to other crew members you have worked with in the past, but all construction workers will be screened and on-boarded separately. We also do not sub-contract and all crew members will be paid directly on the same payment terms.
