Candidates should be highly motivated, hardworking, and excellent communicators. Candidates will play an integral role assisting crew leads to carry out projects from job start to completion. Ideal candidates are efficient, organized, communicate effectively, and thrive working both independently and while engaged in group tasks. Above all, Installers will assume accountability for producing the highest quality work possible. Required Experience and Skills: • Minimum of 1-2 years’ solar experience or relevant solar educational background. • Ability/willingness to on a variety of rooftops, and small tight places, such as attics. • Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs safely. • Valid California driver's license, valid automotive insurance, and a clean driving record.
