8 year old flamepoint/ragdoll cat in need of new home

I have a cat named Milo (like Meelo). He's half Flamepoint Siamese and half Ragdoll. He's white with some beige and bright blue eyes. My ex girlfriend and I got him together a few years ago. It took her about a year to convince me because I didn't want to have a pet. Then after a few months we broke up and she left him with me. I do love him, and am only considering re homing him if I feel it's the right person and home. Some of my issues are that 1. I'm wanting to move to Florida (and I won't have anyone to take care of him there when I'm out of town) 2. I am a serious neat freak and can't stand all the hair everywhere. He's an indoor cat and I'm not to crazy about the idea of him being outdoor. Possibly indoor/outdoor if the potential adopter lives more in the country. Some of the criteria for potential adopters are : 1. Preferably no young kids (he's not used to them and doesn't seem to be good with them, he's hissed at a few) never has he hurt any though. 2. Preferably someone that does not have a dominant cat (he may be able to get along with a passive or chill cat ) 3. Preferably no dogs 4. The potential adopter should be patient and hopefully live in a pretty peaceful environment. Part of the reason I'm saying this is because he's used to a peaceful environment. And he is stubborn and will probably be difficult to get used to another person/people and home. It will take a good amount of time giving him space and being patient with him. He does have a bit of an attitude at times no doubt, but he's also extremely sweet. And a plus is he is perfect with the litter box very clean in that regard and never goes outside of it thankfully. To assure a good home I'm asking a $30. I have a litter box, litter, food, brushes, a big kitty tree, and a scratch pad to give to potential adopter. It would be really difficult for me to give him up but the number one reason is I'm wanting to move to Florida.
