Description

There is a small chihuahua type male dog wandering around Main Street in Malvern. I asked around and nobody knows who it belongs to. It is wearing a chain around its neck and it will not come to me. It likes to bark a lot though. Some of the people I spoke with say its been around the area for about a week. It has been hanging out in yards and even going on porches. I saw it hanging out at the funeral home. I’m worried it might be hit in the road as it has been running up and down Main Street. I tried to take a picture but it isn’t very good because he wouldn’t stop moving.
