Worker for Deck Building and Painting/Staining

I am looking for a good worker to help with deck building and also painting and staining. Must have experience and be dependable and neat. Must also have DEPENDABLE transportation (i.e. a car, not public transit). Please reply with a description of your experience. Responses without that information will not be considered.
