15hr Full Time Benefits If you are interested in applying for this position, please Work Environment: Must be able to work in a warehouse environment with variable noise levels, lighting conditions, and temperature variations Due to forklifts and other equipment traveling through the warehouse the environment can be noisy, dusty, may emit gas fumes and create excessive vibrations Physical Demands: Must be able to move around in a large, fast-paced warehouse for 8 hrs or more per day Requires the ability to lift, carry, push or pull up to 75 lbs frequently Prolonged periods of standing and walking on concrete surfaces Requires bending, squatting, climbing and reaching Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations Expected Hours of Work: Must be available during standard operating hours, Monday thru Friday Start and end times may vary due to operational need Remain flexible with working schedules is required, to include working overtime, evenings, and weekends Required Education, Experience and Skills: Must be at least 18 years of age High School diploma or equivalent required 0 to 2 years of related experience and/or education Positive attitude - work as part of a team and/or independently Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relations with people in different functions Active listening skills Basic math, reading and voice comprehension is a must Ability to read packs, order labels, other information and match to visible items and other data Maintain regular attendance Preferred Education, Experience and Skills: Reliable transportation Previous knowledge of RF equipment Basic knowledge of general warehouse layout, item identification, warehouse procedures and storage areas to pull stock and materials KCM Tech, excels at connecting the right people with the right company by recruiting and screening talented, hard-working candidates that best suit the individual needs of each of our clients.
