GreenCoast Hydroponics is the leader in the Specialty Ag Product Retailer Market with twelve retail stores located throughout Southern California, Las Vegas, NV and Portland, OR. GreenCoast specializes in providing design services to growers ranging from the hobbyist to the large licensed commercial operations. GreenCoast, the largest and fastest-growing Hydroponics distribution center is looking for a self-motivated, detailed-oriented, warehouse associate to join our rapidly expanding warehouse distribution team. Primary Responsibilities: Receiving Oversee the unloading of deliveries and inspection of products for defects, damages and other regularities. Direct and assist the GC double checking protocol of received products. Accurately receive all product inventory into CounterPoint Organize, and ship out distribution orders to GreenCoast stores in an accurate and timely manner. Double check all orders that leave the building, and make sure they have the proper paperwork attached. Warehouse/Facility Ensure a culture of safety throughout the organization by following the GreenCoast safety policies and procedures. Maintain and repair all equipment, forklifts, and vehicles. Report discrepancies and problems to General Manager. Cleaning: Assist with creating, assigning, and enforcing cleaning duties to always keep store in prime condition Assist with Inventory Cycle counts as needed Other duties as assigned The ideal candidate will be Self-motivated and a quick learner Have a high attention to detail – If this is not you please do not apply excellent verbal and written communication skills previous experience working in a distribution center a plus comfortable giving and receiving constructive criticism able to lift up to 50lbs regularly thriving in a fast-paced environment Pay/benefits Starting at $16/hr Co- Sponsored Medical Benefits Voluntary Group Dental plan Advancement opportunities available Employee Assistance Program 401k w/company match up to 4% Eligible after one year of service working reg full time.
