You choose when and where you work with shifts available in Hillsboro and all of Portland and it's surrounding areas. We use an online event calendar that is easy to navigate and allows for flexible scheduling. Positions we are hiring for: *Banquet Servers *Buffet Servers *Bartenders & Bar Backs *Bussers/Food Runner *Culinary - Prep & Line Cooks *Dishwashers Servers should have 6 months of experience in either catering, banquets or restaurants and have (or be willing to obtain) a valid Food Handlers Permit. Bar staff should have 6 months of experience behind the bar and have a valid OLCC permit. Culinary and kitchen staff should have 6 months experience in a commercial kitchen or be a recent culinary graduate and have (or be willing to obtain) a valid Food Handlers Permit. All staff must be at least 18 years of age and be eligible to work legally in the United States. Our typical uniform is: Front of House: Black slacks, black button up (long sleeved) dress shirt, black tie, black non-slip shoes, black socks, black bistro apron. Back of House: Black pants (or Chef pants), solid black T-shirt / Polo shirt (or Chef coat), black non-slip shoes. Our on-boarding process is currently online and virtual.
