All Star Labor & Staffing is now hiring for a manufacturing company for production positions in the Stayton area. We are open Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 12:00pm, and 1:00pm - 5:00pm. JOB DUTIES: • Fabrication, welding and cutting • Use computerized system for timesheets • General labor • Order parts and maintain equipment • Communicate with vendors • Drive Forklift PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT: • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds • Ability to frequently walk and/or stand for prolonged periods of time • Ability to occasionally bend, squat and/or stoop • Manual and finger dexterity as required to perform daily job duties • Frequently works near or around moving mechanical parts • Exposed to a high level of noise in the work environment • Exposed to airborne particles • Work environment Wood processing, manufacturing operation • Occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions, including variations in temperature and precipitation PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED: *Must take a written skill assessment* • Have equipment maintenance or related experience • Basic Computer skills • Willing to progress in getting a Oregon Electrical Supervisor License • Experience with LVL (laminated veneer lumber) or Lumber Industry • High School Diploma or GED • MS Word, Excel, Outlook a plus LOCATION: • Stayton OR 97383 SCHEDULE: • Monday – Friday, some Saturdays. Day shift: 5am/6am, swing shift: 2pm and night shift: 7pm. • 8 hour days. FT - 40 hour a week. This position is: Full Time. Some overtime hours as will be required as needed. WAGE RANGE: • $16.50 to $20.07/hour, depending on shift, experience and department.
