Looking for a part time experienced commercial cleaner. The job is at a newer apartment building in Northeast Minneapolis. Cleaning includes all common areas such as hallways, elevator lobbies, mail room, exercise room, party rooms, dog area, outdoor deck and pool area, grill stations, parking garage, exterior sidewalk around the building, window cleaning. This is Saturday and Sunday 4 to 8 hours a day. Also need to be able to do periodic turn cleaning of apartments during the week, these hours are flexible as to when they need to be done. Turn cleaning is when someone moves out of an apartment, then it has to be cleaned before someone moves in. Possible extra cleaning hours during the week. Must be able to work independently.
