We are new, family-owned Italian restaurant, opening soon on one of the most popular streets in the West Village. We are currently in our build-out phase, and we won't open for a few months. We are seeking an experienced head chef to work with us (in exchange for profit-sharing or a mutually-agreed-upon hourly rate) to help us create the recipes for our menu. We are looking not only for someone who knows Italian cuisine inside and out, and has solid experience and good availability, but a real personality fit: We want someone who is incredibly enthusiastic about creating this new menu with us - Someone who can get excited with us while also being a real team player.
