Manages / supervises and works with crew and crews responsibilities on a day to day basis at the job site. A good candidate will follow through with making sure all of the team members are efficiently executing their duties along with helping the crew and staying on task. All candidates must have enough experience / knowledge of concrete elements in order to effectively make decisions and determinations when supervising concrete work. In addition candidates must possess a minimum of the following: CA Valid Driver’s License Clean DMV record At least 4-5 Years FULL TIME experience in all areas of concrete work including: Forms, Pouring, and Finishing Strong work ethic with a desire to learn and grow Reliable transportation Has the ability to work independently as well as with a small crew Must be able to follow protocol Ability to lift and carry loads up to 50lbs. Speaks, reads and writes in English to effectively communicate with clientele Bilingual (English/Spanish) a PLUS Pay rate is dependent on experience REVIEW AFTER 90 DAYS; Potential raise.
