Your view of the situation is inaccurate. Democrats do not oppose any recounts. Count away. Democrats simply do not want to waste taxpayer money on the process. Trump can use the 380 million dollars that he conned out of his supporters to fund recounts if he wants. Nobody could stop him from doing so.
The reality is, Trump knows he lost by 7 million votes abs he would rather keep the money than contest the most secure election in US history.
