We need an experienced flooring expert to help us finish a townhouse. We have a two floor townhouse that needs 1450 sqft of new flooring installed. Work details: - Downstairs the entire floor will be click lock vinyl planks (~750 sqft) and Upstairs will be click-lock laminate (~700 sqft) - We need about 300-400 sqft of plywood installed in certain areas before the flooring is layed  - Underlayment, and flooring materials are already on site. - You need to know how to patch uneven sections of the floors to create a flat and nice finish.
