We are a leading Columbus-based contract custodial company specializing in large office, educational & industrial facilities. We service multiple sites in the central Ohio area and maintain "around the clock" coverage to fulfill our Client's needs. The Custodial Area Supervisor duties include, but are not limited to, directing the Site Supervisors and hourly employees, scheduling, inspecting, training, project work, and filling in for absenteeism. Project work includes performing hard floor maintenance such as scrubbing and stripping hard surfaced floors, cleaning carpets, performing various special projects. The candidate must be willing to work during the evenings & on weekends, have a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience (custodial experience a plus).
