Gordy’s Service is one of the fastest growing departments in the organization. Gordy’s Lakefront Marine is looking for a Boat Detailer for our off-water service location: Cobalt Farms. Gordy’s has built its reputation on excellent customer service and the Boat Detailer must be committed to continue the tradition of excellence and innovation. We want a service minded, boat enthusiast with an entrepreneurial spirit. It is an energized, focused, professional team environment and the customers come first. The Boat Detailer should work well under pressure, be organized, willing to work weekends and have a positive attitude toward staff, management, and ownership. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-5, with occasional Saturdays during peak seasons Performing interior cleaning on new and used boats which includes; vacuuming, scrubbing, cleaning covers and carpets, and complete detailing of compartments. Covering boats and covering plastic when detail is complete. No experience necessary, but previous detailing experience is a plus.
