Small Property Manangement Company based in Wake County am looking for a general contractor for regular gigs. I will pay an hourly rate for you to visit potential properties for our property management company and help us estimate remodel/repair costs. We will be looking primarily at Single Family homes. I will provide transportation, if needed. If we move forward with any property you work with us to get an estimate, you will be given first refusal rights on the job (if you need a work force/team we will help you find them).
