Capital Realty Group, a leading Property Management company, is seeking to add a highly motivated Porter/Maintenance Assistant at our apartment community in Billings, MT! If you are looking to learn more about Property Management, we want to hear from you!
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Maintain the property to high standards
-Assure that all areas of community are free of debris, trash, odors, etc.
-Rotating on-call every other week.
-Assist with make-readies, including cleaning and painting.
-Able to lift 50pds.
