We are looking for a HVAC Technician to join our team as a 1099 employee! You will take overflow service calls at 40%+ commission to install and repair heating and cooling systems. Required Qualifications: Experience in boilers/installs/service work and possible air duct work. Must have own truck/equipment needed to fulfill jobs we send to you. Must be able to take residential and an occasional commercial service call on your own. Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities: Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements. Perform routine preventative maintenance. Respond to emergency maintenance requests. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Selling jobs to customers
