We offer ongoing education. We lead, we do not dictate. Benefits our Landscape Leads receive: Competitive pay range between $16-$22/hourly Paid Time Off 6 Paid Holidays We promote our Landscape Technicians from within the company Landscape Leads should have: Must have at least 1 year of verifiable work-related experience Great Attendance and reliability are musts! Leadership experience and skills. Valid Driver's License and a verifiable clean driving record for 3 years.
