If so, this Maintenance Technician position might be for you! Position summary: This is a critically important, respected, and valued position in our company. Our property owners, our team, and our tenants depend on it! We’re looking for a team member with experience working on houses. Doing things like repairing plumbing, carpentry, installing a ceiling fan, doing touch-up painting for a make ready. Doing a make ready. Mowing and cleaning up grounds Flexible schedule, but work is mostly M-F 8:00 to 4:30 PM. Work is around the OKC metro area. You will need tools, transportation, and a valid driver license. Here are some other items about the job: • Work is in both single-family homes and community grounds and pool • We have plenty of work. We will definitely be able to keep you busy. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys responsibility and learning. He or she will welcome the challenges of a new problem to solve every day.
