The Boulevard Boutique Apartments now has full-time Housekeeping position available to perform the following: Prior experience in housekeeping is preferred. • Remove trash and replace liners in public trash cans (common area cans). • Perform general cleaning tasks such as cleaning hallways, removal of cobwebs, dusting of handrails, cleaning of light fixtures, removal of waste and other debris from the grounds, grassy areas, parking lots, and walk ways on property. • Perform general housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows, polishing stainless steel, straightening of patio furniture, and removal of waste. • Cleaning Apartments. • Grill and appliance cleaning. • Must pass a background check and drug test. • Flexibility to work • Ability to work outdoors and work/drive in changing weather conditions. • Ability to climb stairs, walk distances, and be exposed to disagreeable odors. • Other duties as assigned.
