Growing General Contracting Company is seeking a cleaner who will be responsible for cleaning vacant apartments, building and/or grounds. Primary responsibilities will be sweep and mop floors, clean apartment complex, sweep, clean surfaces, clean and disinfect, remove debris, vacuum and buffs floors, shampoos carpets, empties trash receptacles, replace lining of trash cans, use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces. Mix various cleaning agents. Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees. Dust and scrub surfaces clean. Apply wax to coat floors and buff. Apply sealant to floors. Identify and report possible repairs, and keeping areas neat and tidy. The right candidate must have EXCEPTIONAL customer service, must be honest, proficient in writing and in speaking English.
