The position will report directly to the lead carpenter/business owner for multiple types of indoor and outdoor home remodeling jobs. Job Description and Responsibilities Hourly Carpenter Helper - 1099 position Daily hours typically 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM Average hours per week: 35 Cutting and assembling wood and tile Framing walls, installing doors and windows Drywall installation, repair, and painting Installing cabinets and accessories End of day clean-up activities Language: English (Required) Other Requirements: Desire to learn and willingness to follow directions Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to complete daily task/duties within time frames established Reliable transportation Punctuality to start work at established times Ability to lift 80 lbs. Two professional references must be provided to be considered Background check is mandatory Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday
