The Company and Team has developed a reputation as one of Denver's premier Junk Hauling organizations. Our professionally trained crews are constantly helping out local residents and businesses by removing anything from household items, hot tubs, office furniture, and more. The Junk Trunk is looking for part time and full time employees to join an expanding and exciting team. Promotions to a Field Manager, Operations Manager and starting your own Junk Trunk branch in various markets are all strong possibilities as you grow within our organization. Job Details: - Operating an 18ft long box truck, **must have a clean driving record** - 35-40hr work weeks. Occasional opportunities for overtime - Loading large items (must be able to lift 50-75lbs) into our box trucks - Willingness to work as a team to complete jobs in an efficient, professional, and positive manner. - Customer service expertise - when you are trained within our Company, you will be taught customer services and sales skills that will be vital to your success as a Junk Trunk professional Compensation: - If offered a position within The Junk Trunk, you will be brought in for a full day, working interview. You will work alongside one of our professionally trained crew leaders/field managers. Your working interview is compensated at $15/hr. At the end of the 7-9hr shift, upper management will have a meeting with the crew leader/field manager that you've worked with that day. After our assessment we will contact you either that afternoon or the next morning with a formal job offer and your starting pay. - Our crew leads make between $15-$22/hr depending on various factors such as work history, job performance, etc. - After 30 days on the job you are eligible for additional incentives, bonuses, and a raise. - Our field operators make between $75-$100 in cash tips per week. - We offer various performance based bonus opportunities on a weekly basis ranging from $25-$100. - $200 bonus after 120 hours on the job!
