TNT Crane and Rigging is adding an experienced Janitor to our Houston branch! List of Duties: 1.Dust and mops floors. Vacuums carpets. Performs interim floor care. Cleans and maintains floor care equipment. 2.Dusts furniture and equipment. 3.Empties wastebaskets. Transports regular and bio-hazardous waste to disposal area(s). Empties bio-hazardous containers. 4.Collects confidential paper. Operates compactor. 5.Cleans elevators and stairwells. 6.Refills paper products, soap and hand sanitizer dispensers. Cleans/disinfects equipment. Cleans ovens, vent hoods and fans. 7.Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned. 8.Must be able to lift/move up to 20 lbs., stand up to 8 hours, and perform manual cleaning tasks. 9.Clean furniture, fixtures, walls and doors, using appropriate products & methods. 10.Collect and properly dispose of refuse and recyclables. 11.Clean and disinfect restrooms, including sinks, and toilets. 12.Requires both indoor and outdoor work with exposure to extreme heat and humidity, chemicals, strong odors, dust, and noise.
