Need a skilled Concrete person

Hi there. I'm looking for someone with concrete experience to lay down a vapor barrier, create a rebar grid, work with a concrete truck to pour a foundation, and set concrete blocks on top of the foundation for a retro basement job for an hourly or by the job pay. I already pulled a permit, have the plans and I'll pay for all the materials. I'm not interested in hiring someone who will hire someone else do do the work, though during the pour, or cu block laying, I'm not opposed to your bringing a helper or two with you for additional pay. What concrete tools you have. 3. your immediately availability and if there are any schedule conflicts/other job commitments 4. how much your hourly pay usually is even though you will probably want to see it too.
