Are you handy or are you anxious to learn valuable skills? The ideal candidate will have basic maintenance skills, or an eagerness to learn from very experienced senior personnel. We are an apartment management company with most of our properties in Durham. Since the job includes occasional on-call duty the applicant must live within 30 minutes of Durham and have DEPENDABLE TRANSPORTATION. Mileage will be paid for use of personal vehicle. This is a full-time job with 7 paid holidays. Vacation and sick time will be accrued after 6 months of continuous full-time employment.
