The Groundskeeper/Painter will be responsible for the general upkeep and cleaning of the grounds and common interior spaces as well as assisting in painting all vacant apartments, common areas, hallways, and other areas of the property. Must have a valid driver's license, High School diploma and at least two years of groundskeeping/painting.
