We primarily service PODS, UHAUL, and On-Site Furniture Rearranges, etc. We maintain a high degree of employee retention and some of our employees have been with the company since it was founded in 2013. Some of our crew leads are considered among the finest in Portland by their peers. This type of work is physically demanding. It's not for everyone. Some days are short and easy. Some days require 8+ hours solving puzzles with our team working in the same house or on the same truck. If you enjoy working in different locations, meeting new people, and are not afraid of hard work this may be a good fit. Our better movers earn $200-$300 per week in tips alone working 20-30 hours of labor billed to customers. You can verify this speaking with employees without any management around in private. Those aren’t gifts, it’s money they earned and it’s well deserved because they hustle!
