Construction Laborer / Assistant

I am the owner of a commercial student housing building near the University of Scranton that is currently under construction. I'm looking for a construction laborer / assistant to work with me to repair existing framing issues in the building. We will be tightening up the roof rafters, jacking up sections of the building with hydraulic jacks, installing LVL beams and other miscellaneous framing work. Some construction site experience would be good but not much is needed. Paying attention to safety is most important. I anticipate 32 hours / week of work M-F 9-5 pm for the next 4-5 weeks. I can pay $15 / hour.
