hi. I'm traveling a lot for work and super busy right now. Looking for someone to come by, spend a day or two pulling weeds, dealing with mulch, staining front and back decks (which are pretty small). Can pay you in cash, $20 / hour. Needs to be a responsible person, no drug problems, etc. if you do a good job, i'm sure some of my neighbors will want your help, too... and I will have future needs.
